These terms govern your use of roleplan.ai. They are separate from the Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work that govern paid engagements with Roleplan.
1. Who you are contracting with
roleplan.ai is operated by Nowherenear FZCO, registered in Dubai, UAE ("Roleplan", "we", "us").
2. Use of the site
You can browse the site, read its content, book a call and message us. You agree not to:
- Scrape the site for commercial purposes without our consent
- Attempt to bypass security or access non-public areas
- Use automated tools to flood our forms or messaging channels
- Misrepresent yourself when contacting us
3. Intellectual property
All content on the site — text, images, code, the Roleplan name and logo — is owned by Nowherenear FZCO unless attributed otherwise. You may quote and link to us with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions without permission.
4. Bookings and enquiries
Booking a call or sending a message does not create a contract for services. Any paid engagement begins only when both parties countersign a Statement of Work or equivalent.
5. No warranties on website information
We try to keep everything on the site accurate and current. We do not warrant that the site is error-free or uninterrupted, or that content is exhaustive of our actual services. The site is provided "as is".
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roleplan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party tools (Cal.com, social platforms, payment providers). We are not responsible for the content or terms of those services.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may bring proceedings against you in any jurisdiction where you are located.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the latest version always applies.
