01Do we need to change our CRM?

No. If you already have one, we connect to it and pull your data across. If you don't, we build you a custom one — designed around how your team actually works.
02How much does it cost?

Setup is a one-off (£10k–£50k / AED 50k–250k depending on scope). Ongoing is a monthly retainer starting at £3,000 / AED 15k for the AI agent + support. Most clients break even within 90 days.
03Will the AI sound like a bot?

No. We train it on your actual past conversations and messaging tone. A human approves messages for the first two weeks; after that most clients let it run unsupervised on known scenarios.
04Is WhatsApp Business API compliant for outbound?

Yes — we handle template approval, opt-in flows, and broadcast compliance. We work inside Meta's rules so you don't get blocked.
05What if the AI screws up?

It will, occasionally. We build in human-in-the-loop handoff, and we're on WhatsApp for you directly. Most edge cases we've seen, we already have guardrails for.
06Can you integrate with our existing tools?

Almost certainly. Calendly, Xero, Stripe, Mailchimp, bespoke DMS systems for car dealers, PropertyFile for estate agents — if it has an API, we can wire it in.
07Do you work outside the UAE & UK?

We're headquartered in Dubai with a London studio, but most clients are remote. GCC, UK, EU & US primarily.
